Janet has more than thirty years combined experience as a journalist, producer and communications specialist.

As a journalist, Janet Wilson has worked in New Zealand, Australia and the United Kingdom, in television, radio and print. Her roles have included current affairs and news reporting and presenting as well as producing, and directing documentaries.

Now in the communications field, Janet has for several years specialised in regularly providing media advice and on-camera training to a select group of clients.

Janet operates confidentially, utilising her experience and contacts she offers a range of consultancy services, including television/radio interview training, presentation skills, and strategic advice on maximising media impact.

When clients experience difficulties in the media, her role is to find ways to minimise damage and control the fallout.
